• Butterfield Acres - This working farm outside of Calgary invites visitors to discover farm life and barnyard animals.

• Calgary Zoo - Horticulturalists, veterinarians, zookeepers and docents are a valuable resource for a classroom with a science-based curriculum or exploring a zoo theme.

• Mad Science - Workshops for children on a variety of developmentally appropriate topics from easy polymers to gases to dinosaurs and heat can be accessed through this site.

• kym.mcculley@gov.calgary.ab.ca - Naturalists at the Inglewood Bird Sanctuary will respond to children’s questions about the environment, birds and animals.

• Enjoying Alberta - To help classroom teachers meet curriculum requirements around community and environmental awareness. Park naturalists are a valuable resource for children and teachers.
